Marcia Allen

Marcia Allen has been a Facility Security Officer (FSO) for over two decades with extensive experience in the use of JPAS, e-QIP, document control and physical security. She has been the Prime Contractor FSO overseeing as many as 20 subcontractors, assisting them in personnel security, document control and pre-inspections before the government annual inspection. She has written procedures and incident reports. She has developed and conducted initial security briefings and annual security refreshers. She has written security procedures for guard subcontractor and has developed physical security systems for project sites.

As the FSO Ms. Allen has been the liaison between project sites, departments, subcontactors and potential subcontractors. She has organized and facilitated many Annual Facility Security Meeting.
Ms. Allen has dealt with Operational Security (OPSEC) issues. She has had to keep all employees and subcontractors focused on the importance of maintaining operational security.

As a mission-driven professional Ms. Allen has overcome obstacles to achieve the goals expected. She has the ability to speak to a diverse set of individuals to get the job done in a professional manner. She uses her technical and analytical expertise to develop creative ways to deal with OPSEC issues.
